Reseller's Policies & Consumer's Return Policies

Reseller Policies

Payment Methods: Credit Upon Approval, Check-by-fax, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.

Credit: Complete Credit Application. Furnish names and addresses of three accounts selling to you as a dealer on an open account basis, plus the name and address of your bank. Please allow 4-6 weeks.

Terms: Net 30 days to credit accounts.

C.O.D.: Until credit has been established, all others will be shipped C.O.D. Freight charges will be charged against all credit card orders.

Minimum Wholesale Order: 24 selling units and increments of 6 of any style. $7.50 handling fee for orders under the minimum. Prices: We can make no guarantees against price increases or the availability of merchandise shown. However, we try to maintain a stable price structure and a current inventory as each new season approaches.

Back Orders: We automatically ship backorders of $50.00 or more unless otherwise notified.

Shipping Cost: All orders are F.O.B. Shipping Point in continental U.S. only. Shipping points include Elgin, Illinois and Cranford, New Jersey.

Claims: The shipping carrier is liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the movement of your shipment. Contact WOWindows, LLC for carrier and confirmation number. In the event of a mistake or shortage on your order, please contact our office within 3 days at 1-866-969-1011. If merchandise must be returned due to our mistake, the 15% Restocking Fee will be waived.

Refused Orders: All orders returned to WOWindows, LLC will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee plus shipping. This amount will be logged onto your account and added to your next order or billed directly.

Returns: All orders returned to WOWindows, LLC will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee plus shipping. This amount will be logged onto your account and added to your next order. You may return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be paid in full. Permission must be requested from our Customer Service Department before returning goods. Written authorization (via fax from WOWindows, LLC) must accompany any returns. Call our customer service department at 1-866-969-1011. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Credit for returned merchandise will be applied toward future orders. No refunds. The following items are non-returnable: opened merchandise, special order items (including custom packaging and labeling), items with price tags and sale items. All returns must be price tag free and in new condition. Shipping will be due on all orders paid for by a return credit. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks processing. Proof of purchase is required and you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Consumer's Return Policies

Return Merchandise Policy: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for products purchased directly from WOWindows, LLC. We will give you a full refund less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to sales@WOWindows.com with "RETURN" in the subject field, at which time the Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you.

No packages will be accepted without a RA# written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA#  before a refund is issued.

Manufacturers Defects:  If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect:

  • please contact us within 4 days of receiving the shipment by emailing us at sales@WOWindows.com With your help, we will determine the nature of the defect and possible cause,
  • we will email you a RA# and instructions on how to mail the package back to us,
  • no packages will be accepted without a RA# written clearly on the package,
  • we can then send you a replacement or refund your credit card at your request.

All returns must be new, unused, and 100% resaleable. A form of personal identification may be required. Items cannot be returned if opened. Other restrictions may apply.

You have up to 30 days after the WOWindows, LLC ship date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.

When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less the original shipping charges.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, WOWindows, LLC reserves the right to liquidate the inventory. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You may return any product you buy. Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may prevent or limit returns on select products.

Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.

WOWindows, LLC Gift Card Purchases: Your refund will be issued in the form of a WOWindows, LLC Gift Card good for future purchases.

Gift Recipients: If your return is made with a gift receipt, your refund will be issued as a WOWindows, LLC Gift Card good for future purchases.

Check Purchases: Your refund may be issued in the form of cash or a WOWindows, LLC Gift Card good for future purchases.

Don't have your receipt? In most instances, WOWindows, LLC can verify purchases made on a credit/debit  card, check or Gift Card. WOWindows, LLC customers without a receipt will not be granted a refund.
All other returns or exchanges, including those without a receipt, will be offered customer service assistance by emailing WOWindows, LLC at sales@WOWindows.com

Restocking Fees: Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions: The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.

Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise Refunds: Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.

Other restrictions may apply.
